Why should Cupping be added to a massage?
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which your therapist uses special cups for a few minutes to create suction. The process
The process of Cupping Therapy involves placing heated cups at different points of the body. The therapist will first heat them with herbs, paper, or alcohol, then they will remove the heat and place them on the skin. The heat will create a vacuum and it will draw the muscle and skin upward. The cups will stay for about 5 – 10 minutes and then they will be removed. Once they are removed, some bruises and redness may appear, but they will fade away after 8 days.
