  1. Make sure to hydrate before your appointment. This step is crucial to release the toxins from your body during  the massage
  2. Eat a light meal. Easily digestible food may help to prevent bloating or discomfort during the session
  3. Dress comfortably. An optional hot shower and wearing comfortable and easy to remove clothes are a great way to be prepared.
